AT-100 Insulating Oil Tester Udey Test Kits

UDEY insulating oil testers are market standards since 1960 and several thousand of units are in use around the world. Model AT-100 is fully automatic compact and portable testers giving smooth variable outputs of 0-100kV for testing dielectric of insulating oils used in electrical equipments. Stirrer is provided to stir oil for 60 seconds. Timer of 60 seconds is provided for conducting withstand tests.

BDV Test of Transformer Oil

The insulating oil tester AT-100 is a tool to measure the BDV of Transformer Oil and the values are displayed on a screen. The device is fully -automatic thus making testing very simple and error free results. The advantage of this device is that it is light weight, portable with built in printer, day, date time etc. There is a wide range of voltage outputs that the insulating oil tester AT-100 can measure which varies between 0 to 100 kilo voltage for testing the dielectric of insulating oils used in electrical equipment.

The BDV test kit consists of a Gap gauge, test cells with electrodes, Oil test vessel with electrodes TC-2 type -1 number, Magnetic magnum for stirrer, Mains connecting cable, Paper roll, Spare fuses and an operating manual. The BDV Test of Transformer Oil has a breakdown time of less than 10 milliseconds, a rise rate of voltage is 2 KV per second, and the KV indication appears in three digits. The user defined settings in this tester include Calendar, sample number, stirring time and the number of Tests is settable from 1 to 9 times.
